When that craving for a 2 p.m. coffee hits but you’re not feeling another hot cup, try these clever tea latte ice pops for a change. They’re made with Earl Grey, Simply™ Oat Vanilla, pure vanilla extract and brown sugar. Make a double batch so you have plenty of extras on hand for when the craving strikes.

Ingredients:

Directions:

STEP 1

In a 4-cup liquid measuring cup, combine the hot tea and brown sugar, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Add 1 cup of the Simply™ Oat Vanilla, the vanilla and salt.

STEP 2

Pour the mixture into ice-pop molds, filling each three-quarters of the way full, then top with the lid and insert the sticks. Transfer to the freezer and freeze until firm, about 3 hours. Remove from the freezer, remove the lid and fill to the top with the remaining ½ cup Simply™ Oat Vanilla. Return to the freezer and freeze until solid, 1 hour or ideally overnight.
